Why We Exist
East Africa's logistics industry runs on brokers. Cargo changes hands two or three times before it reaches its destination, and accountability disappears with every handoff. We built Voss Group to close that gap entirely. From day one, we made one decision: own every truck we run, instead of leasing our reputation to subcontractors we can't control. That decision shapes everything else, how we maintain our fleet, how we communicate, and who we take on as clients.

Voss Group is led by a team with decades of combined experience across logistics operations, corporate governance, and finance. That mix matters. It means the business is run by people who know how to move cargo and how to run a company properly, not just one or the other. Our roots are hands-on, built inside East African transport, not borrowed from a textbook.

Our goal is simple: become the standard businesses expect from a transport partner in East Africa, not the exception. Every client who works with us should know exactly where their cargo is and when it will arrive, every time, without having to ask. As we grow, that standard doesn't change. We add capacity carefully, route by route, without ever lowering what we promise.
